Is there a minimum number of employees to be eligible for the program?

Yes. Effective November 17, 2025, we can work with as few as 5 full-time W2 employees who work 30+ hours per week and are paid 12 months per year., with access to ACA-compliant health insurance.

Is there a maximum number of employees to be eligible for the program?

No. There is no maximum. Our largest customer to date has over 50,000 eligible employees with access to ACA-compliant health insurance.

Does the employer need to have or implement a self-insured health plan?

No. It is not required for the employer to have a self-insured medical plan in place or switch to one in order to benefit from the savings our program offers.

Is this a fixed indemnity program?

No, This is NOT a fixed indemnity. We provide a a fully-compliant SIMERP. You will learn more on your call with our team.

Is this program available anywhere in the country?

Yes, this program is available in all 50 United States.

What type of organization is eligible for this program?

This program is available to any organization that has at least 20 full-time W2 employees., with access to major health insurance, no matter what industry. This can be a for-profit, a non-profit like a church, charity, professional association, or political organization, or even a government entity like a city, county, or state.

What is the process to implement this program for my organization?

The process is easy, transparent, and straightforward:

1. Book a call below with Lesley for her to learn more about your organization.

2. If you are a good fit, she will book you on a call with her team to learn the program details and you can ask your questions.
NOTE: This call is for the business owner, CEO, CFO, COO, or the senior executive in the organization who can make the decision to implement the program. (This is typically not an HR team member)

3. Complete our census template so the team can prepare a proposal that outlines exactly what your organization will save and what each employee can save.

4. Review and accept the proposal.

5. Help us schedule on-site and virtual webinars with your employees so our team can meet with them to explain their savings and options. (We can provide the webinar in Spanish and other languages)

6. We onboard your employees.

7. You and your employees start to reap your annual savings!

Do I have to offer my employees your benefits?

You do NOT have to replace or change any employee benefits you have in place. Our program only enhances your offering.


If you do not currently offer employee benefits or you offer limited benefits, our program gives you the opportunity to offer some supplemental voluntary benefits that your employees can pay for with their savings.

The voluntary benefits are optional.

Is your program available to PEOs?

Yes. We have PEOs as customers and those who share this program with their clients.
